Focus: Arm Balance, Core, Strength, Yoga Conditioning

Challenge in the body is something that an asana (yoga postures) practice can provide.  Through regular practice, the practice changes as we become aware of how the asanas impact us on multiple levels.  In this class, you will progress through standing poses, creating heat and a little sweat to prepare ourselves to fly into some arm balance like Lolasana (Pendant Pose) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya).  We end the practice with one goal in mind: relaxation.
