Focus: Beginner yoga, shoulders, hip flexors, hamstrings, hips
In this class, we embark on a journey to gain confidence from our yoga practice. We start slowly, building strength and warmth within the body. By learning alignment and precision with our Warrior poses, we start to understand how continued practice makes the postures feel easier and more accessible. Wind down with some seated postures to help the body feel lengthened and relaxed. Enjoy your practice!
