Hip Mobility for the Win

Focus: hip-flexors, hamstrings, hips, hip-opening, adductors, IT-Bands, arm balances

You’ve made it to the end of this hip-mobility series. You will find some review of postures you’ve seen and some new challenges to build up to. Be proud of what you have achieved, but also don’t sweat the small stuff whether you can do all these poses, or they remain enigmatic. Remember that yoga is a journey, not a sprint, so review this class as many times as needed until you feel clarity in the poses and how they feel in your body. Have some fun and see you on the mat!
