Welcome to the Core Strength zone! This class is all about the core and what we can do to create strength in our bodies. Thankfully, in yoga, we don’t need to do hundreds of crunches to improve our core strength. Many postures will do this for us, whether you know it or not. In this class, we will explore some of the ways we can use yoga to strengthen our bodies so we can progress our practice safely. Have some fun as we journey through challenging the body and the mind and find some core strength along the way.
