Work Through the Challenge

Focus: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, IT-Bands, Adductors

In this class, we add some more challenges to the practice. So, if you’re looking to build some strength and mobility, then this is an excellent class to use. As the class progresses, we learn a new posture Skandasana (Half Squat Pose) and add this into our flow. As first responders, sometimes you need a good challenge to get a reset on your day; this class helps make that happen. Don’t over-effort, practice with focus and purpose and let the rest of it go.
