Through gentle, supported poses, we can restore body and mind after a busy, stressful day. We aren’t looking for deep postures in a restorative practice. We are looking for gentle poses that allow us to relax and calm the body and mind when you feel anxious. Even just a short 20 min sequence has the power to create this change, so if time is short, give this class a shot.
