A Little Bit of Power, A Lot of Connection

Focus: Core strengthening, Hip-opening, Strength, Twists

This class is a good step for those looking to add some power to their practice.  We learn to connect postures and engage the body so that we can build strength and focus to our practice.  We work through a series of asanas to prepare the body for some spine-strengthening work on the mat. The class ends with some twists and hip-opening so that you can feel a complete practice from head to toe.  As always, work at your level and do your best, the rest will follow.
