Align and Refine
Focus: Hamstrings, Balance, Hip-Flexors
In this quick practice, we will focus on our yoga postures and help refine our alignment. By doing this, we can learn to get the most benefit we can from the postures. It’s not about being “more flexible” but connecting to all parts of our breath, mind and body while in the posture. This awareness is what we are trying to cultivate throughout this class and any other classes you do. Once we understand that connection, the practice becomes alive and isn’t just a bunch of random movements but connection throughout our entire being.
