Alternating Balanced Breath

In this breath-focused practice, you will learn a breathing exercise called nadi shodhana pranayama. In this breath, we learn to use a more advanced style of alternate nostril breathing. Just like other breathing exercises, this breath will teach you to balance body and mind, especially when life is “full-on.” This breathing exercise also helps calm feelings of stress, anxiety or depression. This exercise is good to learn because through our jobs and what we face daily, we can quickly get out of balance. Nadi Shodhana helps create mental clarity, an alert mind, and an increased ability to concentrate through regular practice.
