Body Awareness Meditation

In this mediation practice, you learn to use a simple technique by focusing the mind on certain parts of the body. It’s simple to do but not always easy to practice. So, don’t try too hard when your mind wanders, simply come back to the present. Meditation is a mental exercise, and you learn to keep focused, so when unpleasant thoughts, stress, anxiety come into your mind, you learn to let them go. As first responders, we face stressful and traumatic situations every time we go to work. Mediation helps us process these situations and then learn to let them go.
