Build Some Heat but Don’t Sweat About It

Focus: Hip-opening, shoulders, Strength, Twists, Yoga Conditioning

Starting slowly with some Sun Salutations to build awareness and warm up, we move into a challenging sequence.  We add strength to our practice with Chaturanga press-ups and Dolphin Down-dog movements. These movements will create some challenge so move at your pace.    As the practice progresses, we add Bakasana (Crow Pose) to the mix and develop the ability to fly.  We wind the practice down with some hip-openings and twists to prepare for Savasana (Corpse Pose).
