Building our Practice to Feel Great
Focus: Beginner Yoga, shoulders, hip flexors, hamstrings, hips
In this practice, we build up our Vinyasa sequence with a bit more flow and movement. This class will help you build strength and mobility in the hips, shoulders, and the rest of the body. Move consciously and breathe freely in this class and yoga will begin to come alive for you. We focus on postures like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Prasarita Paddottanasana (standing wide-legged forward fold), and Ardha Hanumanasana (half-splits) throughout the practice to gain a greater understanding of how these postures can work together. Never over-effort, just do your best, breathe, and feel the positive effects yoga will have on your life.
