Connect and Restore
Focus: Groins, Restorative yoga, Side-bending, Shoulders, Inversions
In this class, we will find a 45-minute yoga practice to help through your cancer recovery. Props are recommended for this class, so if you have yoga blocks, a bolster, a strap and some wall space, it would be helpful for this class. If you don’t have those things, use some ingenuity to find something around you that supports you in these postures. We will explore poses that gently expand and relax the shoulders, groins, and hamstrings, amongst other things. Our focus is on connection and recovery, so give yourself permission to do less and use this to help replenish your energy and focus.
