Core Strength Flow

Focus: Core-Strengthening, Yoga Conditioning, Hamstrings, Hips, Hip-Opening, Groin

In this class, we use Vinyasa yoga to create strength in our core. The class will flow through postures with variations on traditional yoga poses that make them more core aware. This class will challenge you, so focus on your breathing and do your best, taking a short break if you need it. We will explore core variations in postures like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), and by combining these postures with some different ways to do Vasisthasana (Side Plank), we amplify their effects. Go with the flow and practise on, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
