This class is for the times when you want to do something with your body but doing a more vigorous yoga session does not resonate with you. In this class, we use the wall for our yoga poses so that we take out as much effort as possible and gain all the benefits. Whenever you feel you need to slow down, come to this class and move from being overwhelmed to successful.
