Focus: hip-flexors, hamstrings, hips, hip-opening, adductors, IT-Bands
We target the hips in this class in a way that will inspire change and be accessible to all. With some exciting variations through Surya Namaskar, (Sun Salutations), we build momentum and progressively deepen the postures that target the hips. We use a variety of poses to get into the whole hip complex from hip flexors, outer hips and inner thighs. This practice will add some challenges through holding postures and focusing on alignment.
