An athlete’s preparation is never over as you want to achieve your goals and do your best.  There is a delicate balance between adequate training and over-training and yoga can be a bridge to help you be able to perform at your best but give you a different way to train and prepare the body.  This class is for those times when you’ve taken an off-day, and you want to do something that will help you but isn’t too hard.  Use this class to help bring you closer to your performance optimum.
