Feel it in the Hips

Focus: hip-flexors, hamstrings, hips, hip-opening, adductors, IT-Bands

In this hip-focused class, you will add complexity and challenge to your practice. Our eventual goal is to gain more mobility and connection in our bodies, but don’t push too hard too soon. Take your time to get set in the body, feeling each posture. Don’t be afraid to make adjustments that work best for your body and then see how yoga will connect you to your higher self. In this class, you will see some new hip variations like Tadasana Hindolasana (Standing Cradle Pose) and some other nuggets to inspire change in your body. Good luck!
