Find some Chill

Focus: Back, Hamstrings, Hips, Neck, Relaxation, Restorative

Some days you are feeling like you should do something, but instead of some heart-pounding asana, you need something chill. This class is designed to fit into those times when you need to slow down and help your body and mind relax. We will use yoga props to gently stretch the hamstrings, upper back, hips and even add some twists to help the body refuel. When you have 30mins to devote to yourself, find this class and make it yours and find some OM.
