In this pregame mobility workout, we add a deeper movement dimension that introduces the Protractor movements. Working in multi-directions, with yoga-inspired movements, you can get the body ready to perform in all angles. These movements are designed to create heat, and muscle activation so you can perform to your maximum, while also limiting soft tissue injuries. This class is done dynamically to get the body ready for victory.
