Focus: Arm Balance, Back Bends, Hamstrings

This class is an all-around practice to build focus, strength, and space in the body.  We explore Utthita Parsvakonasana (Side Angle Pose) variations, Parivritta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle Pose) and fun backbend, Wild Thing.  These postures pave the way to be able to balance on the hands with some Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose).  We wind the practice back and through reclined asanas, we find our way to Savasana (Corpse Pose).  In the end, we feel the effects of the asanas, and integrate them into our lives.
