Flow and Engage
Focus: Beginner Yoga, shoulders, hip flexors, hamstrings, hips, arm balances, core strength
In this class we want to be focused on doing the practice the best we can. As you practice yoga, remember that range of motion isn’t the most important thing. Being more flexible is beneficial, just don’t focus too much on that aspect of the practice. We will progress through our vinyasa sequence, consolidating postures we have done in previous classes into a flowing sequence. If you are looking for a 30 minute practice that hits all the places you need to, this is the one for you. Remember, you are amazing! Your body and mind will thank-you for your continued dedication to yoga; have a great class!
