Focus: Hip-opening, Hips, Twists
We use this yin sequence to tackle a common problem area in the body: outer hips and inner thighs. The class is practiced on the back and by using wall space, you can expand the body with as little effort as possible. We use the wall to give us gentle variations to explore hip-openers, Twists, and deep stretching of the connective tissues of the pelvis. This class is a great way to fit a short practice in when you are looking for a mellow, but deep opening of the body.
