We take our practice outside and share a morning practice to get you moving and ready for the day. This class is a relatively simple practice; we stick with familiar postures, and try and to get maximum benefit without having to work too hard. After a few rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), we focus on an invigorating sequence to challenge the body and the mind. The practice is short, but the benefits are sweet, and it will help you deal with whatever the day brings.
