Focus: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, Hip-Flexors
In this class, we will start with some gentle movements to get the body ready for our practice. We will explore some postures that focus on creating healthy feet. So many poses rely on firm footing, but we don’t always give the feet the attention they need to stay strong and healthy. Once you get through that segment, we will flow through some yoga poses that will open the body and help you get a lot done in a short amount of time. Have a great practice!
