Many times, when we are living life, there are a lot of things that prevent us from practising yoga. Tiredness, lack of motivation, stress can all give us excuses to stay off our mats. Yoga, however, is one of the great solutions to these issues, especially when we do classes that focus on the hips. Yoga postures that work on hip mobility will release the tension and stress that cause you to avoid your mat. This class will help reduce stress, get you moving, and help inspire change in your body, mind and spirit. There will be challenges, so do your best, and at the end, feel refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
