In this mediation practise, we use the affirmation “I am beautiful; I am this” to reinforce the belief in ourselves and the beauty we all hold within ourselves.

Whenever you feel challenged and deflated, this affirmation practice can remind you of how beautiful you truly are and that you can move forward, one breath at a time. Practice this meditation frequently, daily if needed, to remember your inner and to come back to the present when you face uncertainty and challenges.
