Focus: Core, Strength, Adductors, Groin, 

Yoga is a change machine and through the asanas, we can access physical change. In this class, we will explore postures that will help bring about a strong body and a focused mind.  Use this class for times when you need to get out of your mind and into your body and help change your perspective.   Afterwards, you will feel energized and invigorated on those days when you need some inspiration to break out of the ordinary. As always, do your best, and the rest will follow.
