In this class, you will learn how to start meditating and helping make this practice an essential part of your life. As first-responders, we face a lot of stress, whether we are aware of it or not. This stress is something that, over the years, can impact thought patterns and cause us to have an over-active mind. Meditation helps reset and strengthen the mind, so when things are tough, and you’ve faced a traumatic call (many times over the years), you can learn to process and deal with these events sustainably. Give it a try and see how a regular practice can do so much to help you stay resilient.
