Focus: Arm Balance, Shoulders, Strength, Yoga Conditioning,

In this class, we are going to get the body moving and the heart pumping; we must, however, remember to always work at our level and never to exceed our body’s capacity.  The practice is a challenge but through that challenge, we create connection and breath awareness. We build the strength in shoulders and the arms, so we can learn to fly in a series of arm balances.  This is an invigorating flow for those looking to jump-start their day.
