Focus: hips, hip-opening, twists
In this class, we focus on different variations of Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose) to release tension in the hips. By slowly deepening the hip-opening, we can safely and gently find space in this area. Remember in your yin practice to not push too hard, too fast as this practice is about going slow, even when your time is short. The result is a mindful practise that clears the mind and resets your day.
