Focus: Shoulders, Hips, Hamstrings, Arm Balance

This class is for those who are ready to build some heat and strength in your body. There may be some things here that will challenge you, but instead of trying too hard, just breathe through it. We are going to be in a continuous flow throughout the class, reviewing postures we have done in previous classes with some new ones to keep things fresh. Don’t be in a rush and sacrifice form, just be in the present and do the best you can. See you on the mat!
