Life is happening, and it can cause you to feel burn out. This restorative practice is about slowing down, resetting and breathing and helping you find some calm within the storm. By using props, you can help find a gentle yoga practice that opens the hips, hamstrings and releases tension in the neck and spine. Come back to this class whenever you need to find yourself and let yourself just be. Props are highly recommended for this practice, so bring out your strap, blocks and blankets/bolster.
