Being able to have a yoga practice we can come back to, day after day, is one of our important lessons that yoga can teach us.  Some days we need something harder, some days we need a class like this that uses slow, methodical movements to reduce restrictions in the body.  This class is great for those that lead active lives and need a practice that gives you a lengthening in the body without it being too vigorous. We explore asanas that target the hips and free spinal rotation. Come back to this class whenever you’re looking for a class to hit “pause” on a busy life and get into your body and calm the mind.
