We take a little journey in this class as it comes to you from Samoa. This class starts in a seated shape to gently start to open the hips and bring about a state of relaxation and calm. Move gently through variations of Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Supta Padangustasana, (Reclined Leg Stretch) and Ardha Ananda Balasana (Half Happy Baby Pose) to leave you feeling more relaxed and deeply connected with your body. We complete the practice with some supine twists to complete our journey and arrive at our destination: relaxation.
