Isn’t it amazing that you can practice yoga anywhere with nothing but a yoga mat? In this class, we bring an all-round Vinyasa practice that will help you get a lot of benefits in a short amount of time. Class starts with a warm-up through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Afterwards, we explore some common yoga postures through moving full circle around our mats. The point of this practice is movement, breathe and connecting to the mind; do your best and enjoy the ride.
