Focus: Arm balances, Yoga conditioning, twists, hips
This is a quick hit power yoga session designed to build some heat, challenge the body, and maybe even a quick sweat. We start with some Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to get the body ready for some more challenging poses. Poses you will see in the class include Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), Bakasana (Crow Pose), and Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose), among others. This class is designed to hit a lot of power in a short amount of time, so practice whenever you need a quick energizing practise when time is short.
