Prescription for a Tired Body
Focus: Back, Heart Opening, Hips, IT Bands
When you’ve been doing a lot of physical work like landscaping or gardening or you’ve just had a hard day, this is the type of class you need. We will open the chest and spine and then progress to the outer hips and IT bands. Throughout this class, we use our yoga mat to facilitate some deep, yet restorative postures, so that we can recharge the batteries. Class ends with some wall work to take you to that calm, relaxed state. Come back to this 30-minute class whenever you’re feeling tired or you’ve been working hard.
