Re-Energizing Yoga Flow

Focus: Hamstrings, Hips, Core-strength, Hip-opening

This class is about getting the body moving and learn to connect our breath to our yoga postures. The class will move a consistent pace so you can get some good work in the body without having to work too hard. As the class progresses, we will get into some postures that target the hips like Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Garudasana (Eagle Pose), and some core-strengthening to get the blood pumping. Remember not to work too hard, yoga is about creating find the right balance between challenge and relaxation. So, do the work, but don’t sweat the small stuff. Enjoy!
