Focus: Side-bending, Twists, Shoulders, Back
In this class, we continue to rebuild the body and use slow, methodical movements to get the body moving effectively. This class is the kind of class to use when you’re feeling more energetic and ready to see how a more movement-based yoga series can help you through your rehabilitation.
In this class, we focus a lot on spinal movement and start by getting the spine more mobile with a series of gentle twist variations. As the class progresses, we add movements to get the hamstrings and hips more mobile and integrate this with our earlier focus on spinal mobility. Enjoy.
