Rebuild and Overcome
Focus: Hamstrings, Balance, Shoulders, Twists, Hips
This class is going to be a 60-minute class that will help you bridge the gap between the more restorative and gentle practices in the program to more physically challenging classes. We will work through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), standing postures like Utkatasana (Chair Pose), and some variations on Warrior poses. As we get to the second half of the class, we do some seated postures to continue to lengthen the body but with less demand than the standing poses. The practice is designed to offer accessible options, so find the variation that works for you. This class is something you can come back to whenever you want a practice that helps you rebuild the body and relieve stress and anxiety. Have a great practice.
