Recover and Hold
Focus: Back, Chest, Shoulders, Hamstrings
In this yoga class, we will use long, gentle holds to help the body recover. This class will teach you ways to keep your mind clear, reduce stress, and help with anxiety, as you go through cancer treatment and rehabilitation. We will use yoga blocks and a strap, throughout the class, to help support the postures and allow the body to expand gently. We will target the upper and lower back, chest, and hamstrings as we develop space and freedom in the body and mind. Take your time and allow this class to assist you in your cancer rehabilitation journey.
