Recover and Lengthen
Focus: Hips, Groins, Adductors, Hamstrings
This class is for when you are starting to feel better in your body and can move into a short, yet effective asana practice. We will continue to use longer holds in the postures and slowly find space in the body and the joints. Specifically, we are looking to access the hips, groins, and spine through a series of gentle postures. At the end of class, you will find vitality and length in the body, a clear mind, and resiliency to face whatever the day brings.
