Recover and Thrive
Focus: Hamstrings, Hip-flexors, Hips, Back-bending, Shoulders
This class continues the journey of using yoga to aid your cancer recovery. The practise is gentle, yet you will find some more significant challenges in this class than other Recover classes. Props are recommended in this class to help support you in the postures so they can remain accessible. This class is an all-around class designed to target those areas that can frequently be tight.
Remember, our goal is to use yoga to help your body and mind recover and so take your time working through the class and come back to it any time you need. Enjoy!
