In this Yin class, we will look to restore the shoulder complex and help find space in this area. This practice is great for when you feel shoulder tension or tightness and you don’t have a lot of time to practice. Variations on Supta Gomukhasana and some supine twists will help slow the body and get deep in the shoulders and hips. Regular practice of this class can help you rejuvenate the shoulders and bring the back to a calm, balanced body.
