Yoga is a useful tool to deal with stress, anxiety and even symptoms or diagnosis with PTSD. I used gentle yoga, like this class, to help me deal with these issues that resulted from years of being a firefighter and going on tough calls. So I recommend doing classes like this to release tension in your body. Without realizing it, we store emotions in our body and through yoga, we learn to let it go. Come back to this practice every time you need to slow down, unwind, and reset your mind.
