Resetting the Body

Yoga is a great way to restore the body after exercise.   This class, in particular, is a great option for a recovery day when you want to stretch and flush the tightness out of the body.  By adding slow, methodical movements to our Yoga poses, we help release the body and prepare it for our next big thing. You don’t have to be an athlete to do this practice, it’s for anyone who wants to promote healing throughout the body.  We explore postures that lengthen hamstrings, Get into the groins and adductors, and release the hips. Come back to this practice whenever you need to restore mobility and health to the body.v
