Focus: Meditation, Mindfulness, Breath awareness
In this class, we are using a restorative breath to help refresh the body and the mind. When life is challenging, and your body is going through a lot, use this breath practice to find rest and calm. Our focus, in this class, is to find a reclined position and simply count the breath. This practice is the type of practice to do before bed or if you are struggling to unwind after a full day. Come back to this practice any time you need to relax and reset your body and your mind.
