Restore and Balance
Focus: Restorative yoga, Hips, Hamstrings, Groin, Adductors
In this class, we will use some yoga props to help us get deeper into our therapeutic practice. This class is about creating balance in the body and mind and help you get through your cancer treatment and recovery. In this 30-minute sequence, you will be guided through gentle postures to open the hips, hamstrings, and groins. Restorative yoga is a great tool to use when your body and mind feel run down, and you need a boost to help get you through the day. Enjoy!
