When you’re looking for a way to gently increase the capacity of the body, without a lot of physical effort, then this class is for you. It is designed to be done at the end of practice or game when you have a little bit of time to chill. We will look at ways of increasing hamstring, hip, and spinal pliability with the class in a gentle way. Sometimes when the athletic mind is active and firing on all cylinders, this kind of practice is really important to help slow down and unplug and let the body and mind come into a relaxed state. We hold postures for a longer period of time, so the body can slowly expand through focused awareness and breath.
